MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
We’re sorry to see you go! Before cancelling, please feel free to get in touch with the team to see if there’s anything we can help with.
If you still wish to cancel your TGS Mapperley membership, please follow the procedure below.
7 DAYS’ NOTICE REQUIRED
We require at least 7 days’ notice before your next payment date.
For example, if your payment is due on the 27th, your cancellation request must be received by the 20th.
If less than 7 days’ notice is given, your next payment will still be due and your membership will continue for that month.
HOW TO CANCEL
Please email your cancellation request to:

• Full name
• Membership number
• Club name – TGS Mapperley
• Reason for cancellation
IMPORTANT
Cancellation requests must be made by email. We cannot accept cancellations via social media.
Failure to follow the cancellation procedure, or defaulting on a membership plan, will result in a re-joining fee should you wish to join again. A monthly rolling membership may also be the only membership option available.
