MAPPERLEY CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

6 MONTH GYM MEMBERSHIP
£32.50 per month | 6-month minimum contract
Enjoy unlimited access to TGS Mapperley, including our full range of strength, cardio and functional training equipment.
Membership & Cancellation
- Minimum commitment: 6 months.
- Cancellation: Membership cannot normally be cancelled during the initial 6-month contract, subject to applicable rights and exceptional circumstances.
- After 6 months: Your membership automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis unless you choose another fixed-term contract.
- Notice period: One month's written notice is required to cancel after your initial 6 months.
Fees & Charges
- Monthly membership: £32.50
- Joining fee: FREE
- First payment: Calculated pro rata depending on your joining date.
- Reactivation fee: £25 if you cancel and later wish to rejoin.
Membership Requirements
- Age requirement: Members must be 18 or over. Junior memberships may be available following assessment.
- Staffed and unstaffed access: TGS Mapperley operates with both staffed and unstaffed hours.
- Mandatory induction: All new members must complete an induction before using the gym.
Getting Started
Before your gym access is activated, you must:
- Complete your gym induction.
- Upload a profile photo to your ClubRight account.
Your door access will only be activated once both requirements have been completed.
